The former campaign manager for presidential candidate John McCain said a “classic conservative benefit-cost decision” should be applied to global warming, and would lead to expanding a cap-and-trade system.
Businesses and governmental bodies should embrace cap-and-trade policies, a high ranking Republican political operative said Tuesday at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics, according to the Nashua Telegraph.
